We welcome everyone to join this evening and discover the ideas developed by teams of international students and young professionals on five different challenges put forward by the Innovation Network of the Flemish Government (INO):
How do we create secluded oases as part of green-blue networks in neighborhoods with lower socio-economic status.
How do we design the mobility hub / neighborhood hub of the future in which we bring together e.g., shared mobility, local economy (traditional, circular, e-commerce) and social life.
What innovative thinking, approaches do you see to increase tolerance toward diversity in (working-class) neighborhoods?
How can we bring more elements of play to the city for girls?
How can we make community work attractive again?
How can we create caring neighborhoods in which people, regardless of age and type of support needs, can (continue to) live comfortably in their home or familiar neighborhood.
After a short introduction each team will present their proposals for final feedback by you, the audience. They will integrate this feedback in the development of their final proposal to answer their challenge. The evening will begin and end with a free reception for the teams and the audience.
